RipplesPhoto Gallery showcases several projects begun at Queens College. Although my time at the college is done, I continue to add new work to these projects. I love hiking and walking in my neighborhood- finding new faces on trees, and reviewing my skills photographing motion, blur, color & reflection. I am also continuing to work recording people’s adaptations to COVID in our lives.

About the Artist
My name is Adva Moshon. I work with special needs
children as a paraprofessional for the NYC public
school system, and have done so since 2005. I enjoy the
feeling of freezing fleeting moments in time using
photography. When photographing children with
special needs, my goal is to give their families a sense
of pride and celebration of their child’s uniqueness. I
specialize in photographing children with special
needs, city life, and nature.
I graduated from Queensborough Community College
with an Associates Degree in Fine Arts in 2015.
In 2021 I graduated summa cum laude from Queens
College with a BFA majoring in Photography and
Imaging.
